This module allows you to integrate direct chat options for WhatsApp and Telegram into your PrestaShop store, enabling customers to easily reach out to you through their preferred messaging platform. The module comes with configurable settings for both WhatsApp and Telegram:

Key Features:

  1. WhatsApp Settings:
  • WhatsApp Button: Option to enable or disable the WhatsApp chat button.
  • WhatsApp Number: The phone number customers will use to reach you on WhatsApp (e.g., +15645852565).
  • WhatsApp Pre-defined Message: A text message that will be sent automatically when the customer initiates a chat.

2. Telegram Settings:

  • Telegram Button: Option to enable or disable the Telegram chat button.
  • Telegram Username: The username customers will use to reach you on Telegram (e.g. google)

3. General Settings:

  • Open Chat at Start: Option to automatically open the chat window when the customer visits the page.

Installation

You can start the installation of the Module.

  1. Go to Back Office > Module Catalog
  2. Click Upload the module and then upload the zip file
  3. Search “Telegram and Whatsapp Chat” in module search box then go to module and click on install.

Configuration

Once the module has been installed successfully, admin need to configure the module

Back Office

Once the module configuration is complete, you can add the “Button Fields” to be displayed in front end in the chatbot box. You can access this “Button Fields” page from the left-side column menu.
