Installation
You can start the installation of Order via WhatsApp Module.
- Go to Back Office > Module Catalog
- Click Upload the module and then upload the zip file
- Search “Order via WhatsApp” in module search box then go to module and click on install.
Configuration
Once the module has been installed successfully, admin need to configure the module
Live Mode: Enable or Disable the module.
Show WhatsApp Contact Us Agents: Display agents drop menu listing in the frontend.
Agent Contact Us Position: Display above agents drop menu listing in different part of the page.
Scroll Behaviour: Show the agents drop menu listing after page is scrolled
Show WhatsApp Icon: Use when admin wants WhatsApp icon to show with below credentials separate from agents listing.
Phone Number: Phone number to be used for WhatsApp icon to connect with customer.
WhatsApp Default Text: Default text that will be available for customer to send without typing any message.
Admin WhatsApp Icon Position: Icon position for whatsapp icon.
Scroll Behaviour (WhatsApp icon): Show the whatsapp icon after page is scrolled.
Back Office Setting
Once the module configuration is done you can add Departments
and Agents ( from column left side menu )
Front Office
Customer can see an WhatsApp icon and agents listing in the Front Office.
