Would you like to offer multiple currencies in your PrestaShop store, but restrict checkout to a
specific subset of those currencies? With this setup, customers can browse your store in a
different currency than the one used for checkout, avoiding the need to convert the currency to
their local currency.
Improving the usability of your store can help increase customer satisfaction and boost sales.
One way to do this is by allowing customers to visit your store in any of the defined currencies,
so they don’t have to manually convert currencies. This can make them feel more comfortable
and increase the likelihood that they will make a purchase.
When a customer reaches checkout, if they have a different currency than the ones allowed for
payment, it will be automatically converted to the currency you have selected in Back-office, so
payment will only be available in that currency.
You can offer more currencies on your store than your payment method allows. This means
customers can shop with their preferred currency, but only a subset of those currencies will be
available at checkout. You don’t need to have available payment methods for each currency, but
you should ensure that the selected currency is supported by your payment method.

Installation
You can start the installation of Delete Orders Module.
- Go to Back Office > Module Catalog
- Click Upload the module and then upload the zip file
- Search “Fixed Checkout Currency” in module search box then go to module and click on install.
Configuration
Live Mode: Enable or disable the module
Fixed Currency: If the customer selects a currency that is not allowed at checkout, automatically switch to the selected currency.
Allowed Currencies: Store owner can choose which currencies they want to allow customers to pay with on their site.
Show popup when currency changed: Display a popup message when the currency is changed in the store to inform the customer and explain the reason for the change. The popup is designed to be noticeable but not interrupt the shopping experience.
Show Image in Popup: Display an image in a popup window to draw the customer’s attention to currency change.
Popup Message: Display text message in a popup window to draw the customer’s attention to currency change.
CSS: Add the css changes to modify the popup design.
Hide currency selector at All Pages (Except Cart/Order): Remove currency selector from all pages for a streamlined user experience ( Except Cart/Order ).
Hide currency selector at Cart/Order: Remove currency selector from Cart/Order pages for a streamlined user experience
Define currency selector ID/class: The default keys in PrestaShop are used as predefined, but they may need to be changed if a new theme is used.
Restore customer currency when exits checkout: Customer currency is automatically restored upon exiting checkout for a seamless shopping experience.
